Governing Law

You agree to the personal jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts governing Palm Beach County, Florida, and hereby expressly waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

If any of the provisions of this Agreement to Terms of Use are held by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be void or unenforceable, such provision shall be eliminated to the minimum extent required and replaced with a provision which best expresses the intent of this Agreement, so that the Agreement shall remain binding and in full force.
